The programming of an intelligent automatic system for an intelligent electrical network was applied in a distribution network for the Guachicona substation in Yumbo Valle by means of reclosers, which consisted in tracing intelligent automatic operations using reclosers to maintain continuous power service to the present circuits of the substation, to achieve the objective initially the elements present in the distribution system were identified, such as: Transformers, switches, reclosers, communication and control systems, in order to propose algorithms based on the recloser equipment to implement an automatic intelligent load transfer system. This article presents the implementation of an intelligent automatic system for feeding the Guachicona substation using the Smart Grid Automation (SGA) software in the electrical system of the EMCALI utilities under study, which can perform orders depending on the characteristics of the system and communicate with each other in a decentralized manner, which allows the system to behave as a Smart Grid.
