Una estrategia para mejorar la eficiencia de fábrica de la industria azucarera en Colombia

The actual paper describe the conception, redaction, and elaboration of a project in the field of Tribology, project to the Colombian Sugar Industry with the aims to decrease the direct and associated cost, to the wear of the elements that conform the equipments in the aerea of communition and milling, as well as the energy lost due to the firction among them. The main reasons are described that gave the beginning to the development of the project, showing you as this it should be covered by different institutions: publics and privates; educational, scientific, technological and marketing character, for this way to be able to achieve the objectives and goals waited in the same one. It is a document that takes like reference the politics of Innovation and Development give from COLCIENCIAS and that looked for to have a narrow one monitory on the part of this during several phases of the elaboration and execution of them. The component of formation of the human resource is one of the central axes and badges of the project, being this directed toward the obtaining of holding of Graduate Degree (Magíster and Doctoral) of all the members coming from the industry, with the problems characteristic of this. Finally, it show a series of reflections made by the author in which he denounce the simplificator pragmatism of the one that at the moment is a Practitioner on our National Engineering; and is avoca to the search and formulation of the paper of the Engineering like one fundamental pillar of the science and technology development.
