In this work, it was carried out the synthesis and characterization of SnOand determination of the 2microstructural and textural properties of SnOafter Ni and Sn incorporation. The SnOnanoparticles 22were obtained by precipitation method and the incorporation of the Sn and Ni by impregnation method. The techniques TEM, EDX, XRD and surface area were used to characterize the solids. It was found that the impregnation of Ni leads to formation of substitutional solid solutions which should cause effects on the textural properties.
